How the Request Process Works
DAPI uses a controlled, privacy-first workflow designed to minimize exposure and maximize security. No biometric files are uploaded through this website.
Provide basic contact information. Your unique DAPI reference code is generated immediately.
Within 24-48 hours, we contact you from our dedicated operational email (different from the public contact address) with payment information. The subject of the email will be: “DAPI CODE xxxxxxx – payment details“. We recommend that you check that the DAPI NUMBER is the same as the email you received when sending.
Make payment via bank transfer or Paypal or Credit Card. Reply to operational email with payment confirmation to proceed.
We provide instructions for secure file submission via private channel. After certification processing (3-5 days), you receive your complete DAPI package.
