How the Request Process Works
DAPI uses a controlled, privacy-first workflow designed to minimize exposure and maximize security. No biometric files are uploaded through this website.
Provide basic contact information. Your unique DAPI reference code is generated immediately.
Within 24-48 hours, we contact you from our dedicated operational email (different from the public contact address) via certified email system (PEC). The subject line will be: “DAPI CODE xxxxxxx – payment details”. Please verify that the DAPI NUMBER in the email matches the code you received upon form submission.
About PEC (certified email): We use Italy’s PEC system
(Posta Elettronica Certificata), a legally recognized communication method with audit trail and delivery confirmation, similar to registered mail but electronic. This provides legal proof of communication for certification purposes.
Make payment via bank transfer or Paypal or Credit Card. Reply to operational email with payment confirmation to proceed.
We provide detailed instructions for the secure submission of files through a dedicated private channel. After the certification process (3–5 days), you receive your complete DAPI package.
In the case of DAPI-IDS (Private Identity Baseline Certification), no public section is created.
In the case of DAPI-PUB (Public Certification of Identity and Content), the DAPI record containing personal documents remains private, while the submitted files are published in a controlled manner, made verifiable and enforceable against third parties, with the creation of the related certified public profile page.

Unique DAPI reference code: Once submitted, a unique code (e.g., 568254796) will be generated and associated with your request. This code is used exclusively to identify your case and contact you securely throughout the certification process.
Dedicated operational email: After form submission, you will be contacted from our dedicated operational email address, which is intentionally different from the public contact email shown on this website. This separation reduces exposure and prevents automated data harvesting or targeted attacks. Important: Check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) within 24-48 hours for our secure contact. The subject of the email will be: “DAPI CODE xxxxxxx – payment details”. We recommend that you check that the DAPI NUMBER is the same as the email you received when sending.
No files uploaded here: No certification files (ID document, photos, voice, video) are uploaded through this website. Instructions for secure file exchange will be provided only after your initial request has been reviewed and payment confirmed—via the dedicated operational email channel.
Security guarantee: No sensitive files are stored on this website, no biometric data is retained online, and no certification material is kept in public or accessible databases. This website is used solely to initiate requests and generate reference codes.
