DAPI-IDS: no public section is created. DAPI-PUB: the DAPI with personal documents remains private, and the submitted files are published in a controlled manner, made verifiable and assertable against third parties, with the creation of the related certified public profile page.
How the request process works From the initial request to certification preparation.
DAPI uses a controlled, privacy-oriented workflow, designed to minimize exposure and maximize security. No biometric file is uploaded through this website.

Provide your basic contact information. Your DAPI reference code is generated immediately.
Receive secure contact and payment details
Within 24-48 hours, we will contact you from our dedicated operational email (different from the public contact address) via PEC (Certified Electronic Mail). The email subject will be: "DAPI CODE xxxxxxx – payment details". Verify that the DAPI CODE in the email matches the one received after submitting the form.
Why PEC: PEC gives legal value to communications (equivalent to a registered letter with return receipt), provides acceptance and delivery receipts, and creates a verifiable trail for forensic purposes, consistent with DAPI standards.
Complete payment and send confirmation
Make payment via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card. Reply to the operational email with payment confirmation to proceed.
Receive secure instructions, DAPI certification, and any certified publication
We provide detailed instructions for securely sending files through a dedicated private channel. After certification processing (3–5 days), you receive your complete DAPI package.
For DAPI-IDS certification (Private certification of the verified identity baseline), no public section is created. For DAPI-PUB certification (Public certification of identity and certified content), the DAPI with personal documents remains private and the submitted files are published in a controlled manner, made verifiable and assertable against third parties, with the creation of the related certified public profile page.
How DAPI protects your biometric data
Your biometric data is never published nor stored on the DAPI website.
The website presents the service and collects the initial request. The files needed for certification are handled separately, through a controlled process with reduced exposure, with source file deletion within 48 hours according to DAPI's retention policy.
- The DAPI website does not function as a public repository for documents, photographs, audio, or video used for certification.
- The first contact happens through a request form; file upload takes place afterward, through a separate, controlled channel not publicly exposed on the website.
- The final DAPI package is delivered to the client through a dedicated channel; addresses and operational channels are not published.
- Only the elements set out by policy are retained for the process: cryptographic hashes, timestamps, and metadata necessary for verifiability, not a permanent archive of the source biometric files.
External Evidentiary Deposit – EVIDE
DAPI certifications can be integrated with the EVIDE system, which allows the existence, validation, and responsibility of certified information to be recorded and demonstrated over time. This additional layer helps strengthen evidence in legal, audit, and dispute contexts.

Privacy-oriented request process
DAPI uses a controlled workflow designed to minimize exposure and prevent automated attacks. This form does not collect or store biometric data and does not generate public or searchable profiles.
DAPI reference code
Once submitted, a reference code is generated and associated with your request. This code is used exclusively to identify your case and contact you securely throughout the certification process.
Dedicated operational email
After submitting the form, you will be contacted from our dedicated operational email, which is intentionally different from the public contact email shown on this website. This separation reduces exposure and prevents automated data collection or targeted attacks. Important: check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) within 24-48 hours for our secure contact. The email subject will be: "DAPI CODE xxxxxxx – payment details". We recommend verifying that the DAPI number matches the one in the email you received when you submitted the form.
